Wildlife being harassed

My neighbor has a problem with the pigeons and I clean up after them, but yesterday I saw him with a broom, pestering them, it's a family, I can't handle when people think they belong here more than the wildlife, the people that think this, need to change their attitude, if you take 5 minutes and communicate with all wildlife they will see life in a better way, they need people like me to make others see the benefits, no one in North Bay even help them when needed, we need something here in North Bay area that wouldn't close their doors on any injured animals, I would open my door to save an animal like I already have, let's stop the cycle of abuse in humans and animals, place a law for the wildlife, so they have rights not to be bothered. It's a hard enough time for them, so please let's get them right,
