Stop Awarding Ex Parte's in Child Custody Cases without Physical Evidence of what is being accused.

My two boys were taken by my ex husband and he filed for an ex parte order based on child abuse that never happened. In ex parte cases, the accused does not have to be present nor informed about what's going on for a judgment to be ordered against them. This allows anyone to walk into a courtroom and lie to get what they want. I was not given due process and I am not the only one that this happened to. Help put a stop to unfair judgments based on lies!
