Change our Climb Work!

I believe there is a flaw in making teens do repetitive multiple choice and watching videos to learn. Either kids don't do the work or find loop holes to avoid engaging with the material. I believe instead of doing this extra work we should focus on the weak spots in the students grades and let them build and work on that. We should seperate them in different climb classes judged by there lowest core class average. We must take action this year and for all that come after.
