I choose View Fence rather than 5' Concrete Block Wall

With the opportunity to have open View Fence enclosures forming the inner wall of the pool, and with the understanding that the cost will not exceed and potentially be reduced from the current proposal of a 5' Concrete Block Wall.

I vote for having the wall opened up with View Fence rather than Concrete Block.
