And hopefully my message find you well. Mr Minister I'm writing to express my life in Namangan city in winter without gas and electricity. Since 8 years in Namangan where live no gas and we loved with difficulties. In Chorsu Qudrat ko'cha Namangan. I dare to express it to you Mrs Minister. Because we can not live life like that. Please help out with this problem. Our main problem is gas to make our house hot and cook meal. Thank you so much for your consideration and time to read my message.
