condemn Putin and the government of Russia legalization of domestic violence

in russia the government has legalized domestic violence and now its now legal to the point that a woman has no one to turn too and now a abusive husband can beat her as he pleases maybe to the point of the hospital or to death

now they can't get help for it and divorce is not a option houses and apartments are very hard to buy to the point that divorced husbands and wives still have to live together and now they pretty much have to suffer the beatings more then lever now
