Get Chickens Back in Ridley (Pennsylvania)

In Ridley, you used to be able to own chickens. Only a few years ago, this changed. I think that chickens should be able to be allowed in Ridley again because there are so many reasons why. Chickens lay about 1 egg a day, so you can get your eggs fresher than the store. Since you're letting your chickens roam around a little, you can also have free range eggs*, which are better than caged eggs. You can have healthier gardens as well because chicken manure is great fertilizer. Chickens eat bugs, too, so you won't have to worry about those flies in your garden anymore. Chickens are also very friendly once they get used to you, so you'll get attached like I did. I would like to repeal the law that prohibits owning farm animals/poultry for those reasons.
Dear Ridley Township Officials,
I think that it should be legal to have chickens in Ridley. You can get fresher eggs, and healthier gardens. You can get fresher eggs by just collecting them from your chickens. You can also have healthier gardens because chicken manure is a great fertilizer, and chickens eat bugs so you don't have to worry about those flies as much.
