Make a change by signing to end cholera

Cholera has been spreading rapidly in developing countries, and although the disease has been killing less people that other years, the number of deaths are still too much [For the countries to handle]. This is mainly due to poor plumbing and unfiltered water supply in the region. If new laws were put into place, there would be cleaner water, and new plumbing regulations, which mean that not only the disease would be eradicated, but water quality in general would be improved.
