Drunk cop threatens child, tortures & kills puppy !!

A drunk policeman in Chennai, India, first picked up a child and threatened to throw her into a well. 
When her mother managed to rescue her, he picked  up a frolicking 9 month old pup, swirled it in the air and bashed it several times on the ground, beating it to a pulp before throwing it into a well.

This policeman terrified the child by picking her up and threatening to throw her in a well - when her mother intervened, he decided to display his rage and unchallenged power by killing an innocent puppy by torturing and killing it. God alone knows what he may have done to the child had he found her alone with no one around.

This man has no right to be on the police force, or in position of authority whatsovever.

He must be thrown out of the police force at once to send a clear message to all ranks of the police that there will be zero tolerance for this kind of behavior. If the police themselves behave like this, how can you expect any better from citizens?
