Possible Handbrake Issues with Kia Rio

Back in March I bought a brand new Kia Rio from Longley Motors, Huddersfield.  In May it was parked on a hill and half an hour later it rolled stopping a couple of inches from a neighbour's front window.  Longley Motors said there was nothing wrong with the handbrake but when I picked it up the handbrake in my opinion has been tightened from 6 clicks to 3.  Longley deny touching the car.  I have the technician's report which states he tested it on 6 clicks.  No-one including the engineers at a different garage can get the handbrake past 3 clicks now.  A couple of weeks ago a banging started under the car, I took it to another garage who have found 2k worth of damage.  They and an Insurance Assessor have indicated that the damage is from the original accident. The damage to the axle bar is in line with the tow bar that was damaged in the accident, there are also marks from the wall on the axle bar.  Even though KIA have all this information including a clip on You Tube of another KIA Rio rolling they are failing to take responsibility. They have refused to come and see the car, instead they have looked at photos and taken the side of the dealer.  They are saying that the damage is due to another incident.  I categorically deny this.  This is totally false and they are basically saying I am lying.  What if another KIA car rolls and seriously injures someone or even worse kills someone!  Please help me to get justice by forwarding this petition.  Kia should recall this model, pay for my car repairing and refund me for the money I have already paid out to repair my Neighbours wall.
