Justice for rain forever

Rain had lived a life trying to be better then most people as a several year long homeless person mostly staying in campgrounds and as far away from drug addicts and criminals as possible. She always wanted to live a creative, productive, and healthy life, despite being disabled with PTSD
Rain has spent most of her adult life not interacting very much with other people.
Most knew her as kind and just quiet. Others thought she wasnt very friendly because she didnt seem like she hung out with a single person.
Rain got arrested in october 2023 for several 4th degree assaults and obstructing in one arrest. Prior to the arrest she had been having severe illness and this weird thing where she would out of nowhere go unconcious alot, and something like being electricuted if she was plugged in to the outlets on a laptop. She believes she was near death a few times. going through not being able to walk, get up off the floor, or speak. She had people messing with stuff in her apartment and was not able to handle all the addicts and weird behaving people in a claustrophobic subsidized, 100 apt buildling that had cockroch and meth use problems. She always knew if she got an apt she would spend every day working on creative projects and excel towards being someone again and that was being ripped away from her which was a HUGE big deal. Being an important or worthwhile person was top priority and every step she took people or illness would push her back. She had no money for food or anything else at all. calling the cops on crime was going nowhere. The housing authority and cops started pulling weird gaslighting stuff where instead of offering help with a break ins thefts and other issues they were gaslighting her to act like everything that happens isnt real. once someone broke in while she was bed-ridden feeling basically like she had been drugged or poisened (which kept happening over and over again for months), this person was going through her things while she couldnt get up. the 911 had some people call to put her in a mental health bed instead arresting the criminal. Rain had been dealing with this sort of treatment off an on for years and had enough of it. She was 40 and done being FORCED to live around worthless people, and decided people NEEDED to start getting consequences for what she was going through. got in an arguement outside with all the junkies that like to hang out front, they made a video they were faking assaults and goofing off and rain got arrested for touching a few people while mocking them that they are worthless while they were making fun of her on video and saying lies about her. The cops came and instead of doing any investigating they started charging towards her, she recognized them as cops she'd seen injure people before and tried to retreat to her apartment to call for a supervisor, she yelled at them a couple of times telling them what she was doing, after the cops were called she decided good or bad to hit the person who was breaking in earlier, did not leave bruising or injury, because if shes going to jail anyway... . the cops were doing all kinds of misconduct, instructing witnesses to lie, making up glasses breaking, pushing their camera on and off a bunch, asking the same questions over and over till you get irratated, etc. during the arrest the police had rain standing while they were doing something like pinching and injecting something into her and she went unconcious at the jail. when she got out of jail like an hour later she was near death by the next day people were calling on the phone and she couldnt understand their words and couldnt speak. couldnt figure out who was calling. and was only able to stand up and move feet a few times for 1 or 2 days.
After the arrest there has been continued stalking, smear campaign, and her iphone was stolen with the help of police. Police and smear campaigners have gotten as many people to call the police on Rain for non-criminal reasons as they can. Neighbors are calling in for where she sleeps outside, Rain has spent the vast majority of her life for 5 years working online and the smear campaigning has made sure no one will buy anything of hers. The whole town seems to be lying about her and making her out to be some psychotic montser. Somehow anytime spent on her laptop is considered loitering and zero acknowledgement that she works. Shes been tresspassed and continuely targetted by police everywhere. The police still dont go after the theives that target her on a near daily basis though.

This petition is seeking justice for Rain:
The police should not be allowed to persecute Rain and let people who commit crime on purpose go continuely.
Rains been told there is no defense for a 4th degree assault in Washington State. Yet washington allows for drug use, bellingham police rarely arrest people who steal from people like Rain, and it should be a right to defend yourself.
4th degree assault for touching is excessive and shouldnt be an option for a discriminatory police force that mostly spends their time going after homeless people. 4th degree assault should be reconsidered or downgraded to a fine with no criminal record like sitting on a sidewalk.
People need to be held accountable for making up mental illness and stealing flash drives, photography etc, and everything else that is tampering with court or preventing her the right to earn money doing what she was doing. There are no lawyers in western washington Rain can get to help her.
Rain has not had one meeting with a public defense lawyer for nearly 2 years. She had ONE phone call where the lawyer wasnt making sense, was hiding the name of the person he said was in the room with him, and was coming up with REALLY crazy sentences Rain should be sentenced too, was refusing to listen to any of the story of what happened. And was extremely clear to be on the side of the prosecution, all based on a police report.
They should have to dismiss the charges if they cant find a lawyer that does their job and the arrest is over something as minor as a no injury touching. The due process violations are very extreme in this case.
