Reopen the BREC Burbank Dog Park

According to the BREC website, the dog park is closed so that the soccer fields may rest in preparation for a large tournament in June. While I agree with the maintenance on soccer fields , there is no reason why pets and their owners should be deprived of the dog park. These are the some of the best weather months of the year and the park should remain open for use.
