Change the U.S Grading System

We need to change the U.S grading system to a 20% differential between letter grades. Most kids struggle in school and are taught that they are "below average" for receiving a bad grade, which in reality shouldn't be punished for understanding 50% or more of the material given according to the updated grading rubric.
