Demand New Legislation and Senate Task Force to end Violence Against Young Women in American Institutions

Vicepresident Kamala Harris,

The Congress of the USA must act to stop the continued Sexual Attacks/Harassment against Young Women within the USA.This crime has been publicized as taking place within the Armed Forces as well as Civil Institutions even within Universities....

The Military Code of Court Martial must be modified to make it possible for the Young Women to be granted proper Justice....or even the prosecution of assailants to be conducted by independent investigative committees.

The cases over a period of more than a decade according to the producers of "The Invisible War " are over 500,000.

The Rand Organization report state that in 2014 alone there were close to 20,000 cases of rape across all branches of the Armed Forces of the USA including Homosexual Rape. Most took place within the Marines. Sexual Harassment Case amounted to over 116,000.

Sexual Harassment has also spilled over other Institutions in the USA such as the case of Penn State and Football Coaches, Gymnastics for the USA Olympic Team.

More recently to add to the danger of the lack off enforcement to stop Sexual Harassment a member of the Department of Justice made Public in Spectrum Channel One (on 2020 ?/) the growing Sex Trafficking Ring in Orange County, CA involving recent underage immigrant young girls from Mexico and Central America.


There is also the accounting of women in the armed forces after the incident in Ft. Hood and Vanessa Guillen ( comments by past members of Ft, Hood called for it to be shut down and rebuilt into a new facility honoring men and women serving.):

I would like to add a personal note (and this provided some of the motivation to to write this petition....):

As a young man , I witnessed the kidnapping of a young Catholic Irish young woman (she attended Catholic mass regularly and worked in the local Shopping Mall) in Southern California who was never found by her family after her disappearance (1980's). News reported she was taken outside the USA for Sex Trafficking.....

Later in life , I was acquainted with a University student in California who was sexually assaulted (1990's), suffered several nervous breakdowns as the result... , and lost the will to continue her studies. Her Family tried to put her away in a State Hospital afraid of consequences due to the Judicial proceedings....She commented to me over the phone at least a decade after the incident : "I am waiting to exit to a next level of Existence where there is Peace "

In the San Gabriel Valley later as a much older adult. I had to assist a young immigrant (Persian background) from outside the USA to seek protection against the stalking by gang members. We both had to relocate from an apartment building ...

"We The People " must act together with the Legislative Branch of Our Government as well as Law Enforcement to end these Atrocities perpetrated against young women. Legislature must be reformed and Law Enforcement properly trained to stop the Madness!!!
