No more killing raccoons ect

My neighborhood has raccoons yes they tear stuff up but we built in the territory there for pushing them out in to neighborhoods, they are living breathing things so we should not kill them repel them to a certain area! The warden says "they are over populated so they are not taking any more but it's against state law to keep them so just shoot them" I don't believe this is the helping solution sign patition forbidding the horrific killings on innocent animals
