To build a safe walking and cycling path between Littleport and Ely

Having a safe walking / cycle path from Littleport to Ely will allow people the opportunity to safely walk or cycle between the two areas which will have both health and environmental benefits.  Currently this is not possible as it is too dangerous with cars, farm traffic and heavy goods vehicles travelling on the three possible routes.
