Stop Apartment Complex Construction at Calloway and Snow

We OPPOSE the 144 apartment complex being proposed for the intersection of Calloway and Snow Road for the following reasons:

1. Higher-density housing creates traffic congestion and parking problems. The traffic surrounding Norris Middle School is already horrendous.

2. realtor.com cites data from the American Community Survey, which states property values decrease by 14% when there is a nearby cluster of apartments.
Renters are not invested in maintaining the neighborhood.

3. It will result in an increase in the student population of surrounding schools, which are already overflowing.
