Stop Bill SB 151 That Would Raise California Smoking Age to 21. Let Adults Be Adults!

At 18 years old, a person can vote, die for their country, open a bank account, be tried as an adult, and much more. SB 151 is completely unconstitutional and severely violates the rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If they pass this law, what's next? Raised age to open bank account, make decisions, raised age to vote? Where does it stop? This bill is ridiculous! Sign the petition now and stop SB 151, ASAP! Prohibition only makes things worse.
