Revoke Bank of America's charter

The Bank of America with the assitance of the Federal Reserve has participated in over 800,000 illegal foreclosures causing many to file bankruptcy and  committ suicide. The federal government is blocking all avenues for retribution against this bank who has broken every legal statute using forged documents unpaid title transfer fees (County) and compromising the integrity of the Courts.  Many Veterans, including the sponsor of the petition, a decorated, disabled Marine Vietnam Veteran has been under a seige by this bank for two years when the Bank was confronted with substantial due process violations. Like IndyMac Bank before it WE, the people do not need this bank!
