Demand DNC host a climate change debate.

The Democratic National Committee has just refused Jay Inslee's request to host a presidential primary debate on Climate Change despite it ranking as the second most important issue under healthcare for Democrats. The UN's Intergovernmental Pannel on Climate Change (IPCC) released a report in fall 2018 that stated if we do not significantly reduce our carbon emissions by 2030 the world will face catostrophic damage and the world and the nations poor and minorities will bare the brunt of this burden. So too will the youth. In turning its back on climate change, the DNC is alienating its base and risks losing the 2020 election. Beyond that the time has passed for climate change to take a backseat to other issue. Climate change is finally gaining momentum but without a serious debate on a national scale that momentum cannot continue. There is no time to screw up and try again. We demand a national primary debate hosted by the DNC.
