Demand necessary medical treatment / managment of chronic pain

After many years of receiving treatment of chronic pain, we have been denied service and or treatment for chronic conditions. We feel neglected. Turned down for alternative therapies by the Oregon medical health insurance as well as traditional therapies, we have no alternative. We suffer with chronic conditions so severe that we can not seek gainful employment! What are we supposed to do? Please consider quality of life. There are good treatments out there why can't we get them approved by OHP? HELP US!
