Give The Youth Another Chance

Some children fall into the wrong path and make mistakes in life that doesn't mean they should have to spend their whole lives in jail over a mistake or accident. No One under the age of 21 should have to do 25 to life in jail. The maximum amount of time that someone under the age of 21 should have to do is 5 years. I would like for the city of New York to come together and sign this potition so that the youth behind bars could be given another chance.
