This petition is to petition members of congress to take the proper steps into investigating sun blockage that is causing harm on the ground by its targeting of citizens in America, specifically in Los Angeles. The sun has been under investigation by the people of Los Angeles, the united states, and around the world since 2011. The sun is appearing ultra bright, flashy, and the brightness resembling a UV light. Individual or individuals have reported being targeted by the beam of light that now appears as sunlight. The targeting has been with the same individuals since the sun has appeared this way. Many balloon test have been done around the world showing there is something that is obviously in the way of the sun now, causing the ultra brightness that is producing a beam effect that can effect the well being of life on the ground. Individuals sight and well being have been effected since, this is a global problem. We are asking members of the senate to take proper steps to challenge the nature of this cause and help with its solution of removing whatever is. Whatever you can do to help draw an investigation that can produce a solution is what this is about, all the signatures gathered are asking for the governments help in ending this environmental catastrophe. It has gone on long enough. Again we are asking that the steps be taken into bringing whatever it is down, working with NASA to bring it down to be investigated. Please help the People. Thank you.
