Petition for Mandamus

NOW COMES FORTH Daniel Shea, Petitioner, who petitions the Office of the President of La Sierra University, for redress of grievance in the matter of Petitioner's registration for Spring Quarter, 2014. The Petitioner had entered into an agreement with the Director of Loans and Accounts (hereinafter "Director"), to pay the amount owed by way of authorizing the Office of the Bursar to have free access to the credit union account of the Petitioner.

However, the Director reneged on the agreement therein by suddenly requesting the Petitioner to furnish the Director with the debit card of the Petitioner.

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully requests the intercession of the Office of the President of La Sierra University in this matter and to order the Director of Loans and Accounts to aabide by her agreement. Thank you.
