Maximum penalty for the cruel, torturous act of three puppies burned to death by eight teenage boys!

Eight teenage boys in Hyderabad, India tied three defenseless puppies together and cruelly set them on fire, burning them to their death. These eight, callous delinquents had the audacity to record this evil event. In the video they recorded, one of the boys can reportedly be heard telling the others to set the puppies on fire. As seen in the video, the puppies begin yelping with fear and pain trying desperately to run away, but the teenagers adamantly shove them back into the fire.

Despite the fact that these perpetrators are teenagers their act of violence are morally unpardonable and unacceptable. They knowingly chose to impose pain, suffering, and death to victims that had no choice but to endure the cruelty that was inflicted upon them. All egregious crimes committed by juveniles should and must be treated in the same regard as if an adult had committed the crime, it not to punish heinous acts, then to provide justice for the victims.

Please sign and give these victims justice for such a despicable act of cruelty.

To Whom It May Concern:

The Recent rise in animal cruelty incidents needs for stronger enforcement of animal protection laws.  The punishment in cases of animal abuse has to be compoundable and until that is done; abuse on animals will only steadily increase. We ask that your laws regarding animal cruelty be implemented accordingly in this abhorrent act of inhumane cruelty committed by these eight individuals. The execrable, insufficiently weak animal cruelty laws must be reinforced, starting with this disgraceful act of violence.

Indian Penal Code Section 429. Mischief by killing or maiming cattle, etc., of any value or any animal of the value of fifty rupees. Whoever commits mischief by killing, poisoning, maiming or rendering useless, any elephant, camel, horse, mule, buffalo, bull, cow or ox, whatever may be the value thereof, or any other animal of the value of fifty rupees or upwards, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to five years, or with fine, or with both.

Prevention to Animals Cruelty Act, 1960 (l) needlessly mutilates any animal or kills any animal in an unnecessarily cruel manner.
