Let's bring ALL BULLYERS to be held accountable legally by having them arrested for Assault

Bullying has become an epidemic. We as parents and teachers need law makers and law enforcement to help. All bullyers need to be held accountable legally by having them arrested for assault. Whether it is physical, mental, emotional, or cyber-bullying. By having a law that bullyers are committing an assault, hopefully will help decline the effect that bullyers are having on innocent people. Both juvenile and adults should be held legally accountable.
