The Prime Minister of Israel must take action as follows:

  • Aliyah to Israel of all 1,300 individuls by the end of 2017 
  • Aliyah to Israel of those remaining by the end of 2018 if not sooner

Once the registry is complete, the number of individuals eligible will be known and plans made.
