Remove pictures depicting violence against animals

Facebook has repeatedly had a picture of a guy holding a dog by the throat and a fist raised reported to them but claim the picture does not qualify as graphic violence. Sign to help notify FaceBook that this stance on animal cruelty and picture of it are not OK.
