Min Sik Kim is a store clerk that was wrongfully put away by Judge John Hickman, of the Superior Court Department 22, for shooting a robber that entered his shop with full intent to steal and break the systems rules.
Previously his wife had been shot in the stomach by robbers, so naturally he was in no mindframe to play games with this animal.
Min Sik Kim's family came here legally, followed our system, and now because he did the one thing any american would do if their loved one had a gun pointed at them recently, he now faces 8 years because Judge John Hickman felt the force wasnt needed to save their lives despite the constant show of arms carried by the community that had robbed the store previously.
John Hickman may not care about the american way or justice, but we the people in no way can let this man stay in jail.
Min Sik Kim has a family, a life, and a business hes being forced to leave behind because some waste of space human being that refused to follow our system properly had to be dealt with.
All i ask is that if you agree that theres no such thing as excessive force to stop a man will ill intentions after your wife was shot, then please sign this and get Min Sik Kim out.
As for the Judge who made this call, he was contacted and refused to respond. Judges need to be honorable and this man is in no way that.
