work with bipap patients

My mother who is on a bipap machine is always busy and very forgets alot of things. They said becasue she does not use the machine alot they will not help her make payments with it. People will die without these things. So it is forcing my mother to struggle even more without her machine. I ask for a solution and others who has family members going through this problem.
