The Teacher that fed a deformed puppy that was alive/Deserves Punishment by Law

In Preston, Idaho. Franklin County. A science teacher fed a live deformed puppy to
his illegal Snyper Turtle and Snake in his classroom in front i of students. He said it was gone to die anyway. The Teacher committed cruel Animal Abuse. This is giving students the wrong message. That it is OK to discard a living creature because the Puppy was deformed and was
gone to die anyway. This teacher should be charged with animal abuse at it's worst
and NOT be able to teacher any longer LET's make sureWE are heard and that Justice is done.
