Parole release approval for Marianne Dulana Palomo

Marianne Dulana Palomo has ben incarcerated for 23 years and 3 months at the Guam Dept of Corrections. She has served her time and also eligible for parole on February 2017.
She has been an excellent example in the facility and met up all requirements for parole.
She requested for parole on March 2017 but was denied because the parole board gave the victims family’s request not to approve her parole.
This coming June 2018 she is again able to request for parole.
This time we want to make a petition and have numerous people to sign the petition for approval
