PETITION FOR RELEASE FROM STATE PROBATION

I, Chris Hobson as paid in full the restitution to the State of Tennessee, as well as to USABLE Insurance Company.  I am in full compliant with all requests of State Probation Officer.  Furthermore, I have not been before this Court on any allegations of violations of probation.
