Stop Advertising from Appearing on NHL Jerseys!

The National Hockey League wants to implement advertising on their jerseys. I believe that this would tarnish the great history and stories that go along with an NHL jersey. Filling it with ads like they do in Europe (or even less than that) would make the game seem more like corporate and take away from what it’s supposed to be all about. I for one will never support or purchase a NHL jersey with ads on it, and I hope that all NHL team fans support and agree with me. That’s why I’m asking the NHL to not go ahead with this ridiculous idea, and if they do then not to purchase merchandise from them.
