No lease apartments

Susan are putting in more money than needed to these landlords for housing we feel that we should only have to pay for monthly stay only and nothing else we shouldn't have to pay for electrical gas or any other source of appliances in home we should only have to pay for our stay in that's all we are and use of water but that is all we need to make sure that we are not being overcharged for something that's already been there and that's true we need to have just only no lease Apartments so we can all feel free from allowed to death that's being held in the community
