Installation of Pin Pad locks on the doors located on each side of the Cascada Isle Entrance

Signatures on this petition are for homeowners of Cascada Isles only please.  As homeowners of Cascada Isles, we are experiencing burglaries and theft in the community.  In an effort to deter entry I am petitioning to have the locks installed.  When brought to the Board of Directors they aren't interested in doing so.  In addition, on the gates that they do want to install locks they want to use locks that require a physical key.  This makes no sense...if you use the key system people can give the key to unauthorized people and if enough unauthorized people have the key we have to buy all new keys and re-key the locks.  If you use a pin pad system you simply change the code right on the lock and notify the homeowners of the new number.  The locks are $265 including tax for each door and I am waiting on a quote for installation.  The one shown above is a light goldish color but we would opt for the silver finish.  If there is anyone in the neighborhood that is a locksmith, please let me know.  Please make sure you include your address and only one person from each household can sign please.
