The police and prosecutor don't care about the victim, they care about the violator. Then you go to court for a divorce and all the judge cares about is the violators rights to see his child. 96% of domestic abusers beat their children.

IF we had a list like we do for sex offenders women could refer to this list and protect them and their children from becoming future victims.
