Change Lowes Foods Hair Color Policy

Lowe's foods has an employee hair policy that states "Hair will be clean, neat, moderately styled, and conservative in color". We the People find this to be an outdated concept. Over time styles change. The current world is finally accepting unnatural hair colors. The common misconception is that someone with say hot pink hair can Not look professional. This is completely false and thinking like this needs to change. People want to express themselves. Maybe they want to dye their hair pink for breast cancer.
