Stop government shutdowns permanently! Fund all items in the budget separately!

The last government shutdown cost Americans 900,000 jobs and $24 Billion. This is unacceptable. Disagreements over one part of the budget should not become problematic for the American people.Therefore, we demand that each part of the budget be voted on as a separate bill thus preventing further government shutdowns and preventing the American people from being used as pawns for political purposes.
