Bring safety and justice to our street!

On May 12 our beloved pet was brutally attacked and ripped to pieces by two large black labs mix, he lost his life to them and we lost a family member... We will not go unheard this wasn't an act of nature this was an act of valance. His inseparable best friend is left with emotional scared and even scared to step outside. The black labs continually leave there home and cause destruction from entering trash cans and barking at children. I live in fear of who they will attack next, will it be another dog, will it be a child, what will happen the next time they escape.
