Demand that our builder be solely resposible for the items in which we were promised!

As Carlisle Crossings residents, we demand to have the builder, Robert Menifee, be solely responsible for all the items we were promised when purchasing our homes, IE amenities such as parks, pool/clubhouse, etc. In addition to the amenities, many were also told that we would have a sound barrier (brick wall) alongside the turnpike. This wall has been started, yet never finished. Lastly, our front entrance is absolutely terrible. Our homes are in one of the more expensive neighborhoods, yet you would never know by our front entrance. This must be taken care of, immediately, or legal action by the residents will take place.
