Stop the Robbery of People in Need!!!

I am a tax preparer and I am seeing first hand what New York State not opting to forgive the 10200 of unemployment taxes. People who have never owed taxes in their lives are being forced to owe the state because they wont honor what the IRS will. It will hurt so many people and in these times is just cruel.
