Monroe twp Williamstown NJ 08094 Child Study Team incompitence. Over the last several years hundreds of our children have been victimized by the head of CST Dr. Bersh. Who claims he has our children's best interest but have never been in the classroom to see if what he implements is working. Gives parents a hard time for trying to make a difference for their children.
