Demand that Congress not spend over $850 million of our tax payer dollars to rebuild Gazah

It appears that the government has decided to help Gaza rebuild after they started the war in the middle east. It was further stated to me that there would be no quid pro quo in terms of not demanding that Hazbolah not lob rockets into Israel in return for the money that the tax payers of the United States of giving to this rogue people. So, in effect, what our government is saying, is that Hazbolah can kill Israelis, but Israel better not fight back, or they will again destroy Hazbolah that we taxpayers have helped to rebuild.
