Petition for Annual Meeting Agenda Item For Owners to Vote on Approving Forensic Audit

The HOA has not had an independent audit in recent years. A board member suggested a forensic audit several times which was not supported by the majority of the Board despite repeated statements that HOA has mismanaged finances. Should owners be the ones to decide and not the Board.

This petition is to request the HOA Board have an agenda item on the May Annual Meeting Agenda which allows for discussion and action for owners to consider approving a forensic audit by an independent CPA auditor.
