The Resignation of Collette Wilichowski "Constructive Dismissal"

Over the past 2 school years "Dr. W" A.K.A Associate Principal Seymour Comm. High School has proven herself to be biased against students based on their Race, Family Ties, And Level of Understanding. Example; A student was walking down the hallway and a Native American Student shoved him into the lockers, The Caucasian student got suspended even though the Native American Student was the offender, Another example is when; A student received a harsher punishment for their FIRST phone offense than the student handbook states the appropriate form of discipline is based on his/her Level of understanding and the fact that he has an IEP and Slower requires an AID which takes school funding, She put the same student in "ISS" (In School Suspension) For the rest of the year for 2 MINOR behavior logs (In the hallway without a pass, And "Harassing" Another student by simply asking if their sister was still in the hospital" It is clear at Seymour Community Highschool that if you arent Native American or a member of a local farming family you will be discriminated against, Many Students have stated they feel "Dr. W" is Extremely Biased, And Prejudiced and all agree she should resign as associate principle, That is the solution I propose, That is the answer that will make SHS thrive again
