On May 14, 2012 he ran away from home and was noticed by th Crossing Guard and followed for six blocks because she feared for his safety, Subsequently, the police were contacted by Ms. Rogers the Crossing Guard. He had been missing for two hours not police had been notified. Officer Mcghee returned the minor to his residence. The officer inquired about marks on his arms the minor stated "He did not want to discuss it"
The next day 05/15/2012 the minor was sent to Ontario California to his Jerondo Jones his paternal father whom he has seen in five years.
The action of the custodial parent has demonstrated "blantant disregard for the minor child's welfare and academic success.
I the maternal grandparent who through adversity from the custodial parent have mange to maintain a Love bond.
I pray the court give me guardianship in order that I can reunite him with his family. Secondly , that he continue his academics in the Carnegie Gifted School.
