I Christine Greene was made to drop my grandaughter off at the D. C. Y. F office in Laconia Nh. for false allegations,and i have proof that they,the court judge,dcyf,and  the foster family,are all in violations of our constitutional rights, my grandaughter Solara Ann Christine Greene,also all 3are in violations of illegally TRYING to change her surname to Willow Marie,in open court the head of dcyf,admitted,he was aware of the name change, when asked by the judge,?!
