Please end animal control officer's authority to engage in harassment and animal cruelty

Officer Melinda Wymer of the city of Clearlake California's animal control division, is being accused of the following;
1) Harassment
2) Theft
3) Extortion
4) Making Threats
5) Trespassing
6) Animal Cruelty
I would like for her to be removed from her position as animal control officer and or any position of public service. She is in the habit of grossly abusing her authority and using her title of animal control officer to engage in illegally impounding animals that are well taken care of, because they will generate money, paid by the families that own them, to get them out. And at the same time refusing to impound animals that need the care and shelter that the animal control could provide, because they are strays that will generate no money. She is incompetent in the field of animal control and should not be allowed to continue infringing on the constitutional rights of the citizens of Clearlake. She has impounded three of my dogs one of them is 15 years old and has been with me for every minute of those 15 years. The other two are brother and sister that I delivered when they were born and they have been with me since for almost 3 years. They have never been apart from one another nor from me, that are now being held and a sheet metal shed with no circulation and are being kept away from me. I take better care of my dogs and show them more love everyday than most people do their own children. Melinda Weimer took my dogs illegally and is refusing to give them back to me, she did it for personal reasons and nothing more. She even said so herself before taking my dogs. A hearing was conducted and because she is in a position of authority and works closely with the Clearlake PD her version of the incidence was heard and noted, and when my turn came to speak I was looked at as if I was speaking a foreign language. Nothing I said seems to make any impact on the person conducting the hearing. Even when I told him what she had said to me making it obvious that this was a personal Vendetta, the entire hearing seems to be biased and one-sided. I only want my dogs returned to me they are my life they are my family they're my kids. Keeping them from me is cruel and unusual especially for the 15 year old who is deaf and 1/2 blind and is taken away from everything she has ever known. All of my animals are spayed and or neutered they are up to date on their shots and have never known one day of abuse or neglect except for the two that I rescued from their abusers. Maybe this petition will keep this from happening to someone else.
