Demand Joe Flacco be replaced as starting QB

Ever since the Baltimore Ravens won the SuperBowl the QB play has been on a decline. I think I speak for half of the fans when I say , it's time for a change at QB . Joe Flacco might be top ten worse QB in the league right now. The Ravens organization must see that we can't win with Flacco as the leader of the offense. I would love if they gave Kapernick a chance.
